Hummus with Herb Triangles

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 3 knobs garlic (or you can use minced garlic) 
  • 3 tablespoons tahini 
  • Juice of ½ lemon 
  • Salt/Pepper to taste 
  • 1 Packet mountain bread

Method

Add garlic to processor and blitz until nearly smooth (or just use minced garlic). Then add in drained chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, salt and pepper and process until smooth.

Cut your mountain bread into triangles place on baking paper, spray with some spray oil and sprinkle with herbs and bake for 5 minutes in the oven on 180 degrees Celsius until golden.
