Chia Coconut Breakfast

Ingredients

  • ½ cup craisins
  • ½ cup almonds 
  • ½ cup chia seeds 
  • 1 cup coconut milk 
  • ½ cup water 
  • ½ cup coconut chips 
  • Serve with berries on top (optional)

Method

Place all ingredients into a container and give a good stir, place in the fridge overnight, then serve in the morning topped with fresh berries.
