Beetroot Dip
Ingredients
1 fresh beetroot – peeled and chopped½ cup cashew nuts1 dessertspoon shaved parmesan1 teaspoon garlic2 teaspoons paprika2 teaspoons turmeric2 teaspoons lemon juiceSalt and Pepper taste
Method
Place all ingredients in your food processor and blend until combined. Serve straight away or store in the fridge
